It's important that everyone treats both the Clients and Candidates with the respect they deserve and listen carefully to both parties, in order to successfully match the key criteria and culture that is presented before them. Human Resources is an area that needs to be given the necessary time, skills and expertise it deserves. Therefore, HR forms a strong part of the business solution - not merely just an add-on. Temporary, Contract, Casual and Permanent Staff

We recruit to client specific needs. Highlighting special skills, licenses and personal attributes to fit the role required and always conscious of time line, budget and objectives set out by the client. Project-based business can be resourced by DJWM to have hands-on Project Managers within a phone call away and their ability to be physically present at a particular location at short notice. Always having the support of other specialists in the company to ensure accurate payroll, administration, labor force management queries and financial reporting to the client to ensure all strategies and objectives are met.

Recruitment is performed at an individual level. Advertising is discreet and targeted. All candidates are carefully screened, interviewed and reference checked. This also ensures the right "hidden traits" like culture fit, reliability, honesty and good work ethic are discovered. Our recruitment process starts to empower candidates with positive attitudes and high energy levels to sustain enthusiasm throughout the job role. Technically, we start inducting them from initial contact and can carry out client specific or site inductions if deemed advantageous.

Full Schedule of Fees for Professional Permanent Placements

Replacement Guarantee Conditions:
DJWM guarantees the employment of the successful DJWM candidate from the date of commencement of employment for a period of 3 months. The DJWM guarantee requires that:

  • payment of the fee is made within 14 days from the date of invoice;
  • notification has been given to DJWM of the client’s intention to call upon the DJWM guarantee prior to the expiry of the guarantee period;
  • the cessation of employment during the DJWM guarantee period is not due to the restructuring of the job description, or redundancy or redeployment caused by the client;
  • DJWM will replace the person with another suitable applicant, as soon as is practical after being notified by the client of the intention to call upon the guarantee period.

* Includes base salary, plus superannuation (excludes incentive schemes). Payment Terms are 7 (preferred) to 14 (to confirm guarantee) days from date of invoice.

Keeps the Client discreet so DJWM takes all responses.
DJWM will work with Client to create the Advertisement and make it viewable to the marketplace using Seek.com.

First Pass Selection Shortlisting responses to best 10.
DJWM to review all responses, scoring each application to produce the top 10 responses for presentation and discussion with the Client.
Unsuccessful candidates to receive letter stating progress.

Interview Selection & Reference Checks Shortlisting best 10 down to best 3.
DJWM to interview the top 10 responses, scoring each application further to produce top 3 responses for presentation and discussion with the Client.
Unsuccessful candidates to receive phone call stating progress.

Final Selection Selecting the Number 1 candidate to secure the role.
This final interview can be done by the Client alone, or accompanied by DJWM to produce the final selection and placement.
